Free 15 Minute Consultation
Have questions? Feeling nervous about where to begin?
That’s why at Emerge, we offer a free consultation, to help you feel at ease from your first appointment.
During your phone call, you’ll speak directly with a therapist (not an intake coordinator) to share what’s been going on, ask questions, and see if it feels like the right fit.
No pressure, no obligation, just an open space to explore what support could look like for you.
What to Expect During Your Call
Here’s what you can expect to talk about during your consultation:
Share where you are today – no pressure to tell your whole story. You’ll have a chance to talk briefly about what’s been bringing you to therapy and the kind of support you’re looking for.
Explore your goals: We’ll ask a few simple questions to better understand your needs, goals, and what you hope to gain from the process.
Ask anything: You’re welcome to ask about our approach, therapy styles, fees, or how the process works — as well as questions that help you get a sense of the therapist’s personality and how they might show up for you in session.
Find the right fit: Together, we’ll explore whether it feels like a good match and discuss next steps.
These calls usually last about 10-15 minutes — just enough time to feel heard, supported, and guided in how to proceed.
How to Book Your Free Consultation
You can schedule your free consultation by following these simple steps:
Explore our therapists: Click here to review our therapists’ bios. Take a moment to read about their specialties, approaches, and areas of focus. Think about who you could imagine trusting and building a strong relationship with over time.
Go with your intuition: Sometimes, it’s just a feeling — something in their photo, bio, or words that resonates with you.
Request your consultation call: Once you’ve found a therapist who feels like the right fit, simply complete our contact form and tell us a bit about what you’re looking for. Bridgett Bollin, LCSW, will personally reach out to connect you with your requested therapist, or if you’re unsure, speak with you to determine who’s the best match for your needs.
It’s easy, personal, and entirely confidential.
