Contact Us

Send us a message through our contact form, or call (267) 603-3022.

Clinical Director Bridgett Bollin, LCSW will be in touch to discuss your goals for therapy, insurance/fees, scheduling needs, and to help match you with a clinician who is right for you.

Discuss Therapy Goals & Preferences

We will ask you to share a little about what brings you in so that we can help ensure the best client-therapist fit. We will also discuss scheduling availability, preferences, and fees/insurance information. Please have your health insurance information available.

Initial Consultation

The first 2 sessions with your therapist are an opportunity for you and your therapist to get to know one another, to see if it feels like a good fit. If you decide to begin therapy together, your therapist will give you their initial assessment and you will talk about your goals going for the work together.

  • At Emerge, our approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy principles. This means therapy that explores the “why” behind your anxiety or other symptoms, and identifies the connection between important people and events in your past, and your problems in the present.

The psychodynamic approach is unique in its ability to use the therapy relationship itself as a powerful tool for insight. Here, your therapist offers emotional support, and also welcomes your feelings about the therapy process itself.

Worried about being judged? Felt like skipping therapy today? Annoyed but not sure how to talk about it? All of these reactions are tremendously valuable for insight into your relationships and how you see yourself in the world.
