Hi, I’m Bridgett. Something I love about this work is how transformative therapy can be, and seeing positive changes in my clients’ lives. I am also passionate about the art and science of therapy—therapy as a real relationship that can change lives. No Band-aids or gimmicks, and not defining you by a label or diagnosis.
